A beautiful, toned coin that must be seen to be appreciated! Beautiful vibrant sea green, gold, yellow and violet shades adorn the surfaces on both sides. Exceptional! And PCGS called it a 64??? I thought at least a 66! Top Pop=1, Plate coin.
