How to Make A Purchase
All coins are guaranteed to be genuine and are graded by ANA standards.
We offer a full "No Questions Asked" return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within five (5) days of receipt and return the item(s) in their original holders for a full refund less shipping charges.
Personal checks, money orders or cash are accepted. Checks are held 7 days before your order is shipped unless we have done business before or if we are familiar with you. Money orders and cash payments get expedited shipping unless we are out of town. All coins are kept in a bank vault which may delay shipping if unavailable.
Sorry, but credit cards are not accepted at this time. PayPal is available for the fee that PayPal charges to use their service (3.9%).
Please order through the website shopping cart. This will generate a purchase order, which will automatically be emailed to both of us. We will then check to see if the coin is still available, and if so, we will email you an invoice ( email with heading "Website order invoice") which will include all coins available, shipping costs and sales taxes if applicable. Since we attend many coin shows, and may have sold the coin before we can update the website, this will help to avoid disappointment. You will also be able to track your order on the website by logging in to your account. We normally email you when payment is received with the estimated shipping date, then when the coin is shipped with the tracking number. If you have questions about a coin, be sure to include the SKU # in your inquiry. Feel free to use email or the phone for questions.
All orders are sent via Insured United States Postal Service. I try to calculate shipping costs as accurately as I can from the USPS website and only charge what the Post Office charges me. Customer assumes all responsibility for loss and insurance reimbursement once shipped. Any coins sent on approval are assumed sold and the customer's responsibility until safely returned to us.
Due to market fluctuations, some prices may change. In the event that the price for an item has changed, we will contact you to verify your order. Dr. Eugene Bruder Numismatist will not be responsible for typos or errors.
