Purchase Policy

All coins are guaranteed to be genuine and are graded by ANA standards.

We offer a full "No Questions Asked" return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within five (5) days of receipt and return the item(s) in their original holders for a full refund less shipping charges.

Personal checks, money orders or cash are accepted. Checks are held 7 days before your order is shipped unless we have done business before or if we am familiar with you. Money orders and cash payments get expedited shipping unless we are out of town. All coins are kept in a bank vault which may delay shipping if unavailable.

Sorry, but credit cards are not accepted at this time.
 
Please order through the website shopping cart. This will generate a purchase order, which will immediately be emailed to both of us. We will then check to see if the coin is still available, and if so, we will email you an invoice which will include all coins available, shipping costs and sales taxes if applicable. Since we attend many coin shows, and may have sold the coin before we can update the website, this will help to avoid disappointment. You will also be able to track your order on the website by logging in to your account. If you have questions about a coin, be sure to include the SKU # in your inquiry. Feel free to use email or the phone for questions.
 
Please include postage for all orders. All orders are sent via United States Postal Service. Shipping cost is $5.00 per order plus insurance cost (required on all orders).
 
Due to market fluctuations, some prices may change. In the event that the price for this item has changed, we will contact you to verify your order. Dr. Eugene Bruder Numismatist will not be responsible for typos or errors.

SALES TAX:

California State Sales Tax only applies to California Residents. As of January 1, 2009, numismatic coin and/or bullion purchases less than $1,500.00 are taxable. Any coin or bullion purchase $1,500.00 or greater is California Sales Tax exempt. For orders less than $1,500.00, we will add 8.25% California Sales Tax to your final purchase price. Currency, stamp and supply orders are fully taxable.

All orders over $500 and extremely rare coins are sent registered mail at a flat rate of $19.00 for up to $3,000 value, $26.00 for up to $8,000 value and $30.00 for $8-25,000 value. For proof sets, bulk items, rolls, etc. the shipping/insurance rates will be charged at the actual cost. (E-mail me your zip code and I will closely estimate the cost and refund you any balance).
